July 18th, 2016 - Matt Hollon It was about 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday at Panther Park in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was working the baseball fields like I do every day preparing the varsity field for the next game. Josh was my partner for the noon to 4 shift and was the golf cart that we lug our tools for the field around in. Students were running the concessions stand to raise money to go to India next summer. March 25th, 2013 - Holli Frodge Being involved in HOSA has taught me a lot of things, some of which are skills that I never thought I could gain. I originally got involved with HOSA in the 2011-2012 school year. I had never heard of this organization before joining, but it seemed like it would be a lot of fun and a great way for me to learn new skills. Going into HOSA I had no idea how much I would learn from this experience and how much I would grow as a professional and as a person. Area 31 Career Center

September 3rd, 2013 On August 30th Seth Kelly the state Vice President of Public Relations visited 5 classes at the Area 31 Career Center. Pharmacology Tech, Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, and 2 Health Careers Classes attended. Seth shared with the classes a little bit about HOSA and how to get started, Seth also shared information about Fall and State Conferences as well as passed out contact info for all who had questions later on after the presentation was over. Seth and the rest of the Executive Council hopes to see Area 31 active this year and we hope to see you at our conferences.

University of Southern Indiana HOSA Chapter

February 20th, 2014 Students pursuing careers in healthcare have joined forces to establish a new campus chapter of HOSA Future Health Professionals at the University of Southern Indiana.
